Night three of the DINE Fort Lauderdale wine-pairing dinner series was hosted at Arc Culinary. Guests were welcomed with Lillet aperitifs and hors d’oeuvres followed by a four-course dinner. Each course was paired with a wine from King Estate Winery. The dinner included a presentation by chef Juan Peralta and King Estate Winery between courses.
