As one of Arc Broward’s social enterprises, the revenue generated through their nonprofit catering business goes directly to support the culinary institute’s job placement program, helping students with disabilities and other life challenges transform their lives and build new futures.

Chef Michael Panza takes skills mastered through his culinary residency in Italy and provides his gourmet touch to Farm to Fork. He and his team produce personalized meal plans that offer all-natural, organic food.
The Grateful Palate
When: April 18 at 7pm
The five-dinner series culminates in this “Fusion Experience” event where all DINE Fort Lauderdale partners come together for one evening showcasing a treasure trove of culinary delights. The event will feature an auction to benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation.
