100 Years, Virtually
Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, 900 N Birch Rd., 954.563.5393, bonnethouse.org
Fort Lauderdale’s landmark beachside historic house and garden, which celebrates its centennial this year, has taken its tours to the virtual world. The Bonnet House website includes the extended version of the vintage video in the Carl Weinhardt Gallery. The video consists of a broad history of the property and more on the second floor. The virtual tour is a great way to be educated on the art, architecture, history and ecology of our city and one of its great historic spots.

No indoor cycling studio? No problem! Ride Element has been hosting live cycling sessions via their social media platforms so riders at home can continue on their fitness journey without skipping a beat. Each day, an instructor from their studio hosts a workout so you can follow along from the comfort of your own home as long as you have a stationary bicycle or a trainer or roller stand for your regular bicycle.
Gratitude & Grace
Broward Health, browardhealth.org/notesforheroes
Through Broward Health, you can now provide words of support and encouragement to medical professionals on the frontline. Now more than ever, these caregivers need to hear from us that we appreciate everything they do. You can also include a video or image in your message. Create some art, turn your phone’s camera to video and say thanks.
